Summer Camp Cancellation & Refund Policy

Canceling 1 week (7 days) or more before camp start date = 85% total refund 

Canceling within 1 week (7days) of camp start date = NO REFUND, NO CREDIT 

Any cancellation of camp registration must be made to OTA at least 1 week (7 days) prior to the start date of the camp and OTA will issue an 85% refund. Ex. If your camp start date is June 17th, we require written notice requesting cancellation by June 10th (7 days). 

If YOU cancel within 1 week (7 days) of the summer camp start date, all your registration fees paid are non-refundable and no credit will be issued.

No refunds or credits will be given for absences of any reason (sick, vacation, etc.), withdrawals or campers who violate camp disciplinary/ behavioral policy and removed from attending camp.  

Change week fee is $15. You may change your camp week by requesting the change 1 week PRIOR to your registered camp start date. Changing your camp week will only be available if there is space in that camp week and site. Change weeks ONLY apply to the same camp during same summer session. 

OTA does not offer credits on account. This helps keep our camp fees affordable and competitive each summer, but also to plan, budget camp materials and maintain great quality staff. We appreciate your understanding and support. 

Camp is held rain or shine. Summer weather is hot. In the rare circumstance of extreme weather or public health emergency that is out of our control, OTA camp may be cancelled. No refunds will be issued.
